Actually I'm not so sure - I'm developing a theory about the Supersurfing exchanges and their competitors - it may well be that they are catering to two entirely different markets. I haven't done any testing of this theory, but the urge to test it is growing

Supersurfing at traffic-splash, startxchange , ilovehits and dragonsurfbiz + a daily guest is great thing!
Because when you are promoting more than one programs, you can choose each site for your each promotion! Since these four sites could have same members, you will get great conversion with that 10% and also by using my tips :)

Mark,

You make very valid points after a while of surfing the boredom factor does set in. But, usually the first site seen on an exchange is very expensive (especially on the major TE) and is cost prohibitive for most. I do agree with the freshness of ads in rotation catches my eye, if I see the same ad promoted by 20 people I get turned off to it.

Dear Mark:
Tuesday, June 8th 2010, at 11:37pm Yokohama, Japan
I concur with Mr. Aberts when he says, "The main point is to have something in front of people all the time in the least expensive manner possible to maximize your profits."

Now we should really explore in depth & detail how to do this in this forum e.g. which TEs are the most suitable on a "free" basis which have the best "in front of people all the time (IFPAT)" upgrade packages and the eyeball coverage scope these TEs provide.

Frankly, as a Freebie player I am tired of starting out at a low credit ratio of say .3 credits per page to have to build up to say .75 per page surfed. I like at least 1 view to 1 page.

I don't see that being featured on the opening page makes any real difference. What makes the difference for me is: either a compelling proposition or attractive graphics or both.
I do think that repetition has it merits in Mozart and Traffic Exchanges.
Could there be some yet to be discovered creative way to team up so that members would be guaranteed that there "premier" adverts would be displayed regularly for large number views over x hours in Y exchanges?
take Blue Host for example, it is everywhere. I have been trying to ignore it in favor of 000webhost but I have to say it is creeping up on my neurons simply because I have seen the bloody page so many times and I am tired of seeing that blond. Strange but true.
Sayonara,

I have found that no matter what page you use, it will work great for awhile then drop off drastically. You most definitely need to rotate several pages for the same offer to keep them fresh. Or let those lull for a time and put them back on full time. At least this has been my experience. I have actually gotten very good results just running my blog and putting my review post on whatever on the front page, which is not the recommended way of doing things. Then of course some offers pages work better in some exchanges and not others. The main point is to have something in front of people all the time in the least expensive manner possible to maximize your profits.
I have also found that the simpler the the page, the better the results. It seems that there is a growing number of people who surf with the sound off, have ad blockers, flash blockers, and such active and if you are using those types of pages you may be losing clicks and customers. Just my thoughts and experiences so far.
It is definitely a never ending battle to get peoples attention...whoever said you make money 'on autopilot' in Internet marketing should be promptly shot! ;)

Greetings,
Great stuff! I'm always looking for good ways to improve results on TE sites. Your ideas are great and really seem to hit on the heart of the problem. It's very difficult to get people's attention on TE sites.
Another way you may try (it's worked for me) is to use audio forms of advertising. Sometimes you can get something at the very start of your ad that will grab people's attention. If it's great they may stop what they're doing (surfing) and LISTEN to you!
Thanks for your work,
John
