Traffic Exchange Secrets Revealed

Independent Traffic Exchanges Are They Worth It?

I’m not going to talk about the big bang Traffic Exchanges today, I’m going to introduce you to a whole new underground movement – what I like to call the Independent Traffic Exchange movement.

While the big boys like Traffic Splash, Traffic Witch, I love Hits et al are great advertising vehicles when used properly, they are broad brush type exchanges that lack a certain personal touch.  (The exception to this rule is StartXchange, when Tim Linden has successfully built an online community that is worth much more than just another Traffic Exchange.

Over the past eighteen months a new trend has emerged where enterprising netpreneurs are able to purchase and run their own traffic Exchange for relatively little cost.

These exchanges can attract loyal followings of hardened traffic exchange users because they offer a more personal and friendly advertising and surfing experience.

Two exchanges just released that have caught my eye are Uncle Speewah’s Surf Exchange and Chain Hits.

Uncle Speewah’s surf exchange is presented originally and with some thought.  Owned by colorful personality Mike Brett, the  exchange is being progressively promoted byits owner and seems sure to build a good following.

The program features a simple surfing script, chat facility’s great log in page promotional deals and is running a referral competition.

I know Mike and he has done very well with this, I recommend that you join today.

SPECIAL BONUS 100 StartXchange Credits to anyone who does join Uncle Speewah’s Surf Exchange prior to 14/2/2010.  Just simply join through the link on this page then send a PM to me (dp1hod) at StartXChange and I will credit you with 100 credits.  If you’re not a member at StartXchange then join here. and I’ll throw in another 50 credits.

Chain Hits launched by Peter Watts  uses is very professionally done and deserves to do very well.  Chain Hits looks and feels very professional.  It includes, chat facilities, text adverts, banners and an interesting trade system which allows you to buy and sell credits through Chain Hits.

Every now and then an exchange comes from nowhere and gives the big boys a run for their money.  Louise Venison did it with Hits Booster Pro and while picking winners in this game is like buying raffle tickets, Chain Hits has all the  ingredients to be successful.  It’ has just launched and membership is very low. The opportunity to build a huge downline at this site is there if you’re prepared to put in the effort.

Special Bonus 50 StartXchange Credits to anyone who joins Chain Hits through this link.

There just two of a whole underground movement that is building.  It’s an interesting phenomenon – one that is worth watching.

If you’re interested in running your own exchange, do your due diligence and check out what is on offer.

Here are a couple of starting points

OWN A TE
The Traffic Exchange Script
AMCS Web Services

As I said these should be used as a starting point,  Be sure to do your own due diligence.

Well that’s odd…
You wrote this post about Chain Hits on 2/8/10; I checked out Chain Hits today (2/22/10), and it states in big letters on the site “SITE IS FOR SALE”. Now that’s only 2 weeks…did something unexpected happen that is forcing Pete to sell the TE? I also noticed on the site that he only had 11 members (8 paid)…having that type of information right there on the site (especially when you have a membership of under 2000) doesn’t help with getting NEW members.

I’m not sure why Peter has the site for sale. Peter asked me to check his site out several weeks ago and I was impressed by the amount of work that he had put in to it. I also noted that he had a very small membership and stated that if somebody was prepared to pick this up and run with it, they could make a reasonable downline. I agree that the advertised membership list is not helpful and it is constantly promoted by smaller sites. When I last spoke with Peter I suggested several alternatives to help him build his customer base.

It’s a good site – with the right promotion and some hard work it could be built into a good business.
