Traffic Exchange Secrets Revealed

Tony Tezak’s Traffic Exchange Solutions.

The Traffic Exchange Big Boys (what I like to call the usual suspects) are falling over themselves promoting Tony Tezak’s re-brandable eBook Traffic Exchange Solutions and it would be remiss of me not to take a look.

I like and admire  Tony Tezak.  He is a living example of what single minded determination can do and his site TezakTraffic Power certainly has proven to be a success.

The eBook itself speaks many truths and is a good no nonsense handbook of how to market successfully on Traffic Exchanges.  There are some good tips in there about using squeeze pages, building your list, tracking etcetera.

The book is freely available, but to purchase re-branding rights costs.

However, I have a few minor reservations about recommending purchasing the re-branding rights.
Firstly this book is 15 pages long.  In fifteen pages, it tells you what to do it doesn’t show you how.  Yes if you purchase the eBook re-branding rights and distribute it regularly you will build downline and maybe make the occasional commission with it, but the other problem I see and I’m sure Tony will disagree, is that I don’t believe that the eBook gives all possible alternatives in relation to Traffic Exchange products and services.

There is no mention of Traffic Hoopla, (hardly surprising as Tony is closely affiliated with Affiliate Funnel which sees itself as direct competition to Hoopla), no mention of alternative ad tracking sources other than TE toolbox (which is effective, but not necessarily the most effective) and  no mention of the new splash page creation product called AdKreator. (I haven’t got round to reviewing it myself, but it certainly looks better than TE toolbox)

Now, Tony is giving his recommendations based upon his experience and I respect that, but I also just a little tired of what is either by accident or design is becoming a Traffic Exchange/Affiliate Funnel cartel.
It seems that there isn’t a week go by when one of this inner sanctum, releases a new re-brandable eBook, or piece of software that they all mail out buy recommendations for.

You know who they are and frankly if you’ve received an email from more than one of them in the past 48 hours with exactly the same headline then chances are that they don’t even respect you or Tony enough to have even read the book.

Seriously you only need to be on one of the Cartel’s list.  They all say the same thing, all recommend the same products, all use the same headlines.

If somebody is going to recommend that you buy or download something, the least they could do is take the time to at least personalize the recommended emails in the product areas.

I like balance and I like competition that’s why I like Traffic Hoopla even though there are some doubts about their tracking mechanisms, that’s why I like Vital Viral Pro, that’s why I like Hit2Hit, Hits Booster Pro, and programs like Hit toad that just keep the  big TE owners looking over their shoulder.

I also like Affiliate Funnel, but it isn’t the only alternative.

Yes Tony Tezak’s book is worth the read, yes his recommendations are sound, would I pay to re-brand it? No.

Not when you can rebrand my own eBook for free – an eBook that I think not only gives a more balanced view of the Traffic Exchange industry and enables you to update your affiliate links as circumstances change but also shows you how to do things with video instruction.

But of course I’m biased.  Why not compare both and see which one gives you better value.

Go here to access my eBook and here to acess Tony Tezak’s Traffic solutions and decide for yourself which one gives greater value.Technorati Tags: , , , , , , ,

Dear Mr. Mark Hodgetts:
Thursday, February 18th, 2010 at 8am Yokohama, Japan

You have managed to write a lucid, insightful, fair and balanced review!

Affiliate Funnel does appear to me too to be behaving as a society of self admirers, however much one can appreciate their pro bono contribution to educating newbie’s about the Traffic Exchange Arena.

I have had lots of great credits from Hits Booster Pro so I try to include it in my regular surfing rotation even though it went down for a while a few weeks back.

The only thing I don’t quite understand about it is the claim that cash is paid out daily? Well, if this is true it must be for upgraded members only…..

This is more or less the same thing at Top Surfer or other exchanges I have tried. No matter how long you surf you just can’t build up any really cash if you joined for free.

At least this is my experience, if I am wrong please set me straight.

As for surfing in general, I find that many exchanges start out at really low surf ratios like.37 and build up after you have surfed a set # of pages while others like Easyhits4u give you one full credit per page even if the timer is a little longer.

I don’t think Tony’s exchange is one of the best in this department, although again I do agree with you that he is contributing a lot to the Traffic Exchange Mart and is a valuable voice.

As for Ad Kreator, I am sure it is a good or maybe a great tool, however I am finding Instant Splash to be super easy to set up and working well.

I’d say Instant Splash is a good intermediate Splash Page builder which enables the user to get a quasi personalized look on the display page.
One can always upgrade to ADKreator when cash is coming in.
Best wishes to you on this second snow of the year in Yokohama.

I read Tony’s book the 1st day I started surfing a few days ago. It was helpful to me and I applied it and I joined his traffic exchange. I have still yet to find out which sites are the best to surf because all of the reports show different rankings for the same sites,
The way I see it you can use AF to vote a sites rankings up every day if you like it. Multiply that by all the surfers that like the site and wham you got a nice site ranking. Apparently Hoopla’s rankings are done a different way which is beyond the scope of my knowledge. I choose Hoopla’s rating simply because they do not change as much as the others do and they are a great promotion site also.
There is one main thing I take into consideration when I use a traffic exchange. Do you have to surf for ever to get a visit to what you are promoting. As mentioned above Hit Booster Pro is 3:1 it has a 5 second timer. I do have a free account though.
We have to remember that time is money. Take a look at Hit Booster Pro’s ratings at AF and at Hoopla. That was just an example though Do that with all of Hoopla’s site and see where they are at AF. Compare the ratios and decide for yourself,
I can’t really say much on re branding due to lack of knowledge there. However if you re brand it has your links in it and you can do whatever you want to with it,
TE Toolbox is not bad, I use it is as a free member. The tracker is nice but I have no idea what to look for in tracking. Squeeze pages are a must and the ISPG is great.
Have a great day!!!
