Top Tier Traffic Exchange surprise

A little while back, I mentioned that Matthew Graves, owner of the quality Traffic Exchange, Webbizinsider was launching a new site Top Tier Traffic.

This week was the first time that I’ve had the chance to have a real good look at it and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the layout and concept.
